Kevin was able to get us on the schedule with short notice. John, the tech who serviced our home last time returned on time, and did another terrific job. The carpets were noticeably cleaner and were barely moist when he left. The wool wall to wall in the main family room requires special dry cleaning which John handled quite well. He moved and/or lifted the items needed to be able to clean the entire carpet areas. This was the 2nd time Curtis Fiber Cleaning has cleaned the carpets in our home - we highly recommend Kevin and his team.
